Booking conditions
Payment and booking conditions
The price includes: tourist tax, pool, Wi-Fi, towels, bed linen, barbecue, parking, air conditioning..
Check-in - from 3 pm | Check-out - until 10 am
Smoking and pets are not allowed
Note: To secure the reservation, it is necessary to pay 30% of full amount as prepayment and the rest of the amount upon arrival at the apartment.
In case of cancellation, refund of the deposit is possible if the reservation is canceled 30 days or more before arrival. For reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival, a refund is not possible.

How to make reservation?

Please send us an inquiry using the contact form, with all the necessary information. We will answer you as soon as possible.

Securing reservation (payment)
In order for your reservation to be secured, you must pay 30% of the total amount in advance and rest of the amount upon arrival to apartment or house.

Payment confirmation
After the deposit has been paid, we will confirm your payment and reservation. Relax and wait peacefully for your vacation in Vrsi or Rijeka.
4.
Cancellation of reservation
In case of cancellation, refund of the deposit is possible if the reservation is canceled 30 days or more before arrival. For reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival, a refund is not possible.
